Are chemical peels and microneedling safe for darker or sensitive skin?
In the right hands, generally yes. Superficial chemical peels and SkinPen microneedling are well tolerated across a wide range of skin tones — including deeper and more sensitive skin — when the protocol is matched to your skin.
